the staff - especially super helpful reception. the breakfast - loved burrata for breakfast (and of course there was lots more). great coffee drinks. the location, while on a slightly sketchy street, is only a block from the train station’s underground passage - so very convenient for train (we came from Rome). please note we always felt safe, even returning from the old town after a very late dinner.

This hotel is exceptional! The location is absolutely the best possible -- literally 100 m from Bari Centrale, which makes it very convenient for changing/using any type of transport. The facilities of the hotel are exceptional - cozy design, amazing lobby, comfy rooms, outstanding waiting area on the reception. One of the most impressive things was the breakfast - I've been to so many places around the world, but I have rarely seen such an exquisite service and variety of food. The room was with a lot of light, very convenient and exceptionally comfortable beds. I also have to say that the personnel was amazing - all of them extremely polite, smiley and willing to help. I owe a huge "THANK YOU" to Federica - an amazing person who gave us valuable advice and recommendations, as well as answered all of our questions with a smile! She definitely made our stay better and more enjoyable! Everything was simply perfect! This is definitely not the last time I visit this hotel.

- it’s very close to Bari Central (train station) like 2-3 minutes walking; also close to the bus station - it’s close to shops where you can buy water, sunscreen like 4-5 minutes - good breakfast with a lot of choices - you can find anytime someone at the reception - I asked for an extra blanket and they gave it to me - for the last morning we had the plane early in the morning and they prepared us a breakfast to go

The hotel is very close to the train station and at 15-20 min away from the city center. The breakfast was good and fitted for all tastes. The receptionist was very helpful and also found us a parking space.

Great location, 1 min walk from Bari Train Station and about 15/20 to the old town and main area in Bari. Good to stay at if you’ll be getting train/bus to surrounding areas. Spacious room. Nice hotel gym and breakfast, friendly staff.

The Hotel is well located near the Bari Centrale Rail Station and Bus Terminus. The room layout is comfortable, it is very clean and the facilities like AC, Electric Kettle, toiletries are very proper. Breakfast was incl in our room package and the same was laid out with attentive staff moving around to meet your requirements. Thanks to Francesca (at the restaurant) and Fredricka (at the Front Desk) for being cheerful and helpful.

Everything about this hotel was great, nice breakfast, both continental and English style, we dined in the restaurant twice, the food and service was first class, there is also a very comfortable bar. It is very close to the station and bus, and just a short walk through the station underground walkway to main mall area.

Reception staff were very welcoming on arrival and most helpful when we had an issue with a flight check in and needed a print out of a document. The rooms were as you would expect in a hotel like it and the bed was very comfortable. Bathroom toiletries were quite basic but adequate. Breakfast was excellent with a wide choice of food to suit every taste. On first arriving, it feels like the hotel is in the middle of nowhere but it is a very short walk to the shopping area of modern Bari and about 10 minutes stroll to the old city.

The hotel is near the train station, but the room was quiet, in good condition and well equipped. 15 minutes walk to old city by the main shopping street. Nice restaurant and good breakfast. Hotel parking for reasonable price. All what is needed to explore beautiful Bari.

The hotel is very nice. Very close to the train station and the buses. Easy access for the day trips. It's actually very close the old town and everything you might need. The breakfast was included and a very nice selection of food.
